Live streams and videos can be viewed on desktop/laptop, mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), Smart TVs (with Chromecast or AirPlay support) using the link provided by email after purchasing for the product.
Your device must meet the following minimum system requirements:
2.33GHz or faster processor, 2GB or higher memory, operating systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9, latest versions of browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
Please note: Internet Explorer and Opera are not supported for live video streaming.
Smartphones/Tablets must meet following minimum system requirements:
Android 6 or higher, iOS 11 or higher operating systems.
Please note: some operating systems may still not be supported by manufacturers.
You will need a Wi-Fi or broadband Internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) with a minimum download speed of at least 2 mbps for SD and 6 mbps for HD (mobile data may not be supported).
Stop all current downloads, videos you are watching, or torrents. Using mobile data is not a guaranteed connection, as connection speeds may vary depending on cell site coverage or location.
You can view video content from only one device at a time.
You can cancel automatic subscription renewal in the «Purchases» section of your user profile.
Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner and select «Purchases». After that, disable auto-renewal for the desired product.
The purchase will be valid for the new date to which the event is postponed or you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds are issued only to those who reported a technical problem during the event and it was the fault of the organizer and cannot be fixed. If you didn't watch the broadcast of your choice or tried to use a VPN to watch it, we won't be able to refund you.
All events are shown according to licenses, which may vary. Please note that availability depends on the region in which you are located at the time of purchase, and content available in a given territory may not be available in other countries if your location changes (for example, this may happen if you make a purchase while on vacation and then return home).
